Tickets to the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as a separate item.

* FECCA member registration fees apply to the staff of those organisations who are a member of FECCA, ECCQ or MCCGC. ** Please also fax or scan proof of concession entitlement (pensioner, healthcare, full time student card, etc) in order to claim concession rate. Registration fees include:
- attendance at all conference sessions
- conference satchel
- final program and conference handbook
- all morning and afternoon teas and lunches.
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
Payment of registration fees
Payment may be made by:
* Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
* Cheque – please make payable to: FECCA Conference. All payments must be in Australian dollars. Note: Registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
Changes to your registration If you need to make changes to your registration, please send them in writing (not telephone) to the FECCA secretariat via email email@example.com, fax +61 7 3848 2133 or post to Expert Events, PO Box 330, Northgate QLD 4013 Australia.
Cancellations and refund policy Cancellations must be advised in writing to the secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Friday, 4 October 2013 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $88. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday, 4 October 2013 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the FECCA secretariat is advised in writing.
How to register
Registration to the 2013 FECCA Conference opening soon. Register online When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You will also be given an Access Key which will allow you to retrieve or edit your registration details online. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa, or select the option to pay via cheque. We are unable to accept payment via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment. Group registration Please use the group registration link to register multiple delegates from the same organisation. Registration desk The registration desk will be located in the Foyer on Level 1 of the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
